This advanced placement drawing course is designed to challenge students to not only be creative, but work in an efficient, clean, and detailed manner. Students will explore various drawing forms and mediums, including but not limited to: pencil, ink, ink wash, acrylic wash, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, wax conte crayon. The year-long course is broken into three sections: Breadth, Quality, and Concentration. Breadth is designed to expose students to a large variety of drawing mediums. Concentration will focus on a concentrated drawing theme of each student’s choice. Quality will focus on students producing their best work.
